Don’t forget to be a leader people could believe in?

One of several most important factors in the expansion of a down line that generates reliable residual income is constant growth that exceeds the turnover rate. All firms experience worker, contractors or workforce turnover. Even volunteer organisations have a problem with turnover. The clever ones endeavor to keep it to a minimum because it is simply good business.

Research conducted recently showed that only 20% of workers in the interviewed organizations were fully engaged. That suggests that 80% were looking for other jobs, disinterested in their occupation and in the extreme hated their job but came anyhow. Who wants personnel that can’t stand their job coming through the door every morning? That simply cannot be very good for moral or productivity. Seems like a recipe for catastrophe to me.

Like the cost of locating new shoppers, replacing distributors in a downline is not easy. It is far better to keep them happy and make sure that they are active trying to find new consumers and distributors instead of a completely new company.

It is not always concerning dollars as most people would expect. Respect is a much larger factor in how people think about their relationship to a network marketing organization in addition to their up-line leaders. If a organization disrespects their marketers the marketers are likely to pass on the disrespect to the customers. Have you ever wondered why a waitress serving customers is on edge if you can listen to the owner/cook in the kitchen yelling at her? Did you really expect it to be different?

Wonderful products are certainly not enough nowadays to help a network marketing business succeed. Within the previous two decades corporate head offices have been firing personnel, getting rid of lunch rooms, cutting in house magazines, chopping away at the staff picnic and generally trying to be as financially efficient at the expense of employees. So now these types of employees mistreated by company managers everywhere will be the people you end up signing up directly into your down line and you ponder why they are not committed to your down line? To your plan?

Trust is earned. A simple reality most forget about. You can read more about building a prosperous Network Marketing Business on our blog where this article on dowline growth and your distributors fully engaged continues. We also have a recent article on network marketing success.
